At our cafe, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit. We will arrange for a replacement item for you as soon as possible.

Delivery Areas:

We offer delivery services to customers within a 15 mile radius.

 

Delivery Schedule:

We deliver seven days a week.

Monday-Friday: 7AM-9PM

Saturday-Sunday: 8AM-10PM

Delivery times may vary based on the volume of orders we receive and other factors.

 

Delivery Fees:

We charge a flat rate for all delivery orders, regardless of the size or value of the order. The delivery fee is $5.00.

Delivery Timeframe:

We aim to deliver all orders within 20 minutes from the time the order is placed. However, delivery times may vary based on the volume of orders we receive, traffic conditions, and other factors.

Delivery Instructions:

You can provide delivery instructions when you place your order, such as leaving the package at the door or with a neighbor. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all delivery instructions.
